The health information provided is very good and it should be since it was paid for by US taxpayers. With this series of books, there are always 11 5 star reviews making the entire process suspicious. Note in the description, it says “This Lung Cancer Book is the revised version of the popular original version titled “Breast Cancer Causes, Symptoms, Signs, Diagnosis and Treatments””. The govt did not revise a breast cancer book into a lung cancer book.

This material can be accessed by going to cancer.gov backslash cancertopics backslash wyntk backslash lung. There are a lot of links to other brochures and pamphlets contained within the book so online may be the best way to obtain all the information you need.

Charging so much for merely converting the information to kindle and preying on the sick is slimy.

Why is this free Government Info Being Sold?, February 5, 2012

Hello, writers are government sources so I’m confused as to how this is listed and being sold at cost? Is it because the editor inserted workable links? Would like some clarification from the person selling the volume(s) and or Amazon. Also, some of the information doesn’t seem relevant to LUNG cancer. I’m concerned about this whole volume of works being sold as a for profit edit. Thanks!

The information in this booklet is very good, however you can obtain it for free from the National Institutes of Health. A price of $9.99 for converting it to the Kindle format and linking the table of contents, in my opinion, is ridiculous.
